So far this year we have had allot of review units sent to us, ranging from a biqu magician, Biqu Kossel Pro, Tevo Flash, different types of filament and many more. This is not a review article it is just a small post on what we have been doing. Today i will be talking a bit about the Creality CR-10 Aibecy 3D printer. We will be talking a bit about the Creality CR-10 Aibecy 3D printer and some of its problems, good points and fixes check it out.
Creality CR-10 Aibecy 3D Printer
I want to state that we do not know exactly if this is a genuine Creality CR-10 3D printer or a re-brand but we are tending to go on the re-brand side of things. You will find that we had a few problems with this printer but overall can’t believe the quality of the prints you get from the Aibecy CR-10. In our opinion, it is worth every penny, as you may have experienced paying a lot for a printer but the overall in that printer you purchased was a load of ****.
Here are a few stats of the Creality CR-10 Aibecy
- Printing Size : 300 * 300 * 400mm,
- Nozzle Diameter:Standard 0.4mm,
- Filament Material Support: 1.75mm PLA, ABS, TPU, Copper, Wood, Carbon Fiber, Gradient Color, etc.
- Printing Method: TF card(off-line), contact to the PC(on-line)
Boot loader
On the Creality CR-10 3D printer, there were some problems, the main one being for us was to reflash the firmware, this was because the CR-10 comes with some safety options turned off so we had to reflash to turn them on. We won’t be going into a tutorial on this because that’s an article on its own. There are many different procedures you have to do to bootload, this was our first time doing it.
Basically, you need to open the machine to get into the control box, hook up some wires to the header pins of the controller, then hook them up to an Arduino. The last step goes to your computer and uploads a sketch after you do this you can then reflash the firmware. Sounds quite simple but like I said “there are other steps to do as well”.

Hot end cooling fan
This one was puzzling us for a while the fan was not turning on at all, this should always be at an on state to cool the hot end. After some tests, we ran into the problem the + and – wires from the control box was hooked up to the wrong wires on the hot end cooling fan. So the only thing we have done to resolve the problems was to swap the wires around by de-soldered the connections on the fan and soldered them on correctly. If you do come across this problem on the Creality CR-10 3D printer then you will know what to do.
Success
Hurray!! there was a success with this printer after all of these problems were fixed. There was nothing holding us back from printing anymore, the Creality CR-10 3D printer was the boss! Every print came out great no flaws, absolute nothing just perfect it pulled through small to big prints and still in perfect working order highly recommend.
