Eryone ER20 3D Printer – The first of its kind?
After months of research and development, Eryone is proud to announce the release of the Eryone ER-20 3D Printer! A solid performing 3D printer with an elegance of simplicity that features an inbuilt auto leveling sensor, and an integrated wire design. In addition, it boasts an in-house created 32 bit board which the first of its kind with quiet stepper drivers, a glass build plate which is ink-coated for excellent adhesion and all at their cheap affordable price! Full specifications are unknown, but what we know is below.
Eryone ER20 FDM 3D Printer Design
The Eryone ER20 3D Printer is ready to use out of the box. Because of its integrated design, it is pretty much plug and play! They build the PSU power supply unit inside the frame so as a result means a smaller footprint on your work surface and no trailing wires. If you are a beginner to 3D printing, or a seasoned veteran, the Eryone ER20 can be built in 5 minutes! You can view an assembly video below.
Eryone Cartesian ER-20 – Let’s take a closer look
One of the biggest features of the Eryone ER20 3D Printer is a built in auto-leveling sensor! We all know how frustrating it can be to get that perfect first layer, however, with thanks to Eryone’s designed auto bed levelling sensor you’ll get it the first time. It has a 9 point probing system and in addition, the removal of the hotbed springs meaning increased stability and accuracy!
3D printers can often be noisy. They have installed the Eryone ER20 with an in house designed 32 bit board. In addition, it has TMC2209 drivers for silent operation and to disregard the need for limit switches. This is because of the senseless homing. With it being 32 bit, you know it will handle everything comfortably! In addition, future firmware upgrades will be seamless!
The Eryone ER20 comes complete with an exclusive ink coated glass bed. It couples this with isolation cotton which reinforces the print adhesion after heating and once cooled, your print will just pop off! Both sides of the build plate can be used too! The maximum heating temperature is 100℃.
ER20 Cartesian 3D Printing Additional features
The Eryone ER20 3D Printer comes with a Resume Printing feature after a power loss. If you ever experience a power loss mid print, the 3D printer will save the progress automatically. When the power is back on, you can resume from where it left off! Having dual Z axis ensures accurate prints and with the custom-designed frame, makes for a stiff structure meaning excellent clean lines. The frame is all aluminium so makes it sturdy and solid. The print size may be small at 220 x 250 x200 but is perfect for those starting out, or who don’t have the room for something bigger.

The Eryone ER20 3D Printer is on the Eryone site priced at $360. It is showing out of stock, but I believe it is still in production. Let’s hope they get some good promotions going for its release! This could be a good contender coming out, so keep your eyes and ears peeled!
